How to have your data deleted.

Ask and we delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to sign into.

Send one email

Email hello@clearway.co with the subject Data deletion request and tell us:

• your Instagram handle, if you commented on one of Chris Vacher’s Instagram posts
• your email address, if you signed up for book updates or placed an order

We need one of those so we can find your records. You do not need to explain why.

What happens next

We handle deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.

For Instagram, that means deleting the record of your comment: your username, your Instagram-scoped ID, the text of your comment, the post it was on, and the log of the reply we sent. For email signups, it means removing you from our list. Order records connected to a completed purchase are kept where accounting, tax, or other legal obligations require it, and we will tell you if that applies to you.

Instagram comment records are deleted automatically after 12 months whether or not you ask. Writing to us gets it done sooner.

Two things you control yourself

The direct message we sent you lives in your Instagram inbox. Delete the conversation in Instagram and it is gone from your side. Your comment on the post is yours too, and you can delete it in Instagram at any time.
