What to expect when you pre-order.

Product and timing

You are pre-ordering a paperback copy of The Long Way to Lead. Payment is collected when your order is placed. Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping the week of October 19, 2026. We will contact you if a material delay changes that schedule.

Paid pre-orders may be accepted before the physical proof is approved. Customer orders will not be released to print production until that proof has been approved.

Digital and workshop benefits

Every order includes the Companions on the Long Way PDF by email. Orders of 10 or more also receive the recorded 30-minute workshop on October 19, 2026. Orders of 25 or more also include one live Zoom workshop for the purchasing church or organization, scheduled subject to availability.

Shipping, tax, and order limits

The prices and shipping terms shown at checkout apply to all Canadian and US addresses. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. International delivery, more than one shipping address, invoices, purchase orders, and orders over 500 copies must be arranged by email before payment.

Returns, damage, and delays

Pre-order sales are final except where an item is damaged, incorrect, undelivered, materially delayed, or where applicable law gives you another right or remedy. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery by emailing the order number, a description of the problem, and photos when relevant to hello@thelongwaytolead.com.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
